A free, open tool to help New Jersey residents fill out official court forms. Built and run by an individual, not the Judiciary — the forms are the State’s; the guidance is a public-service project.
Your privacy
Please read this before you type anything you would not want seen.

No account, no sign-in. You never register or give a name, email or phone number to use this site. Nothing here is tied to a profile or a history that follows you between visits.

Your answers are stored, encrypted, only while you work. The encryption key lives in a cookie on your device, not on the server. Closing your browser normally discards it — but a browser set to restore your previous session, or one that syncs cookies, can bring it back. Either way, sessions are deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity, and any PDF you generated is erased with them.

If you clear your browsing data while filling a form, the form goes blank. The key that unlocked your answers was in your browser, so clearing it removed the key — and now nobody can read those answers, including us. That is the protection working, not something you did wrong, and clearing your history is still the safer choice. You will just need to start again.

The form itself asks who you are. A court form collects your name, address and case details, so while you are working, this server holds identifying information about you — inside your encrypted session, and only until it is deleted. Nothing is copied to a profile or a future visit.

The web server no longer logs your IP address. Until 29 August 2026 it logged your IP next to the exact form you opened. That pairing is gone, and the older logs holding it were deleted the same night. What is still recorded: downloading a blank PDF logs that file’s name, because the filename is the web address — with nothing recorded about who asked for it. Opening an interview is logged only as
/interview, without the form. These logs are not encrypted and are kept about a week. If someone could compel or obtain server records, this is still the weakest point on this page — but what they would get is a list of forms downloaded, not a list of who downloaded them. A VPN or Tor is what changes the rest; nothing on this site can. -
One cookie persists. A random ID cookie (
ds) stays in your browser between visits. It is not your name and is not written to the logs. Clearing cookies removes it; private/incognito mode never keeps it. -
Cloudflare sits in front of this site to keep it online, so Cloudflare also sees your IP address and requested pages under their own privacy policy. No analytics, no ad trackers, no third-party fonts, no other third-party code.
If someone might check your device
The protections above are on the server. They do not help with the computer or phone in front of you.
- The completed PDF lands in your Downloads folder and stays there.
- This site’s address stays in your browser history.
- Use a private/incognito window, or clear history and downloads after.
- Safest of all is a device the other person has never had access to — a library computer, or a friend’s.

How the forms are made
Every form is the official PDF, downloaded unaltered from its government source. Forms with real fillable fields become step-by-step interviews that produce a completed PDF; the questions are the form’s own labels, in the form’s own order. Documents without usable fields — scans, booklets — get the blank official form plus a typed answer sheet to copy by hand, because guessing where the blanks are is how wrong values end up on court filings. Every interview is tested end to end before it goes live.

It is not legal advice and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you can, have a lawyer or your county Legal Services of New Jersey office review anything before you file. If you cannot afford a lawyer, ask the court about a fee waiver.
